Terms of Service

1. Binding Agreement & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "Landlord") and Satyox ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your download, access, and use of the PropFit mobile application and web platform ("Service").

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Pure Technology Intermediary & Non-Liability for Tenancies

Satyox and PropFit are strictly software technology providers. PropFit functions solely as a digital record-keeping, ledger calculation, and workflow tool for property owners.

  • Satyox is NOT a real estate agent, broker, property management firm, escrow agent, bank, legal advisor, or party to any tenancy or lease agreement.
  • Satyox bears ZERO LIABILITY for tenant non-payment, defaults, rent recovery failures, property damage, illegal occupation, eviction proceedings, or any disputes whatsoever between landlords, tenants, brokers, or third parties.
  • Landlords remain 100% solely responsible for tenant verification, police KYC verification, rent agreement execution, tax obligations, and compliance with all applicable local, municipal, and state tenancy laws.

3. Comprehensive Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Satyox, its sole proprietor, developers, affiliates, contractors, and employees from and against any and all claims, legal actions, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;
  • Any disputes, conflicts, claims, or litigation between you and any of your tenants;
  • Any inaccurate or false property, tenant, or payment data entered into the application;
  • Any messages, reminders, or communications sent to third parties or tenants via or initiated through the application.

4. Acceptable Use & Zero Harassment Policy

You agree to use PropFit strictly for lawful property management. You expressly agree that you will not:

  • Send threatening, abusive, extortionary, vulgar, or unlawful messages or payment demands to tenants;
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, disassemble, or derive source code from PropFit;
  • Bypass, tamper with, or exploit room limits, subscription locks, security filters, or rate limiters;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful financial schemes or money laundering activities.

Satyox reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend accounts found in violation of this policy without notice or liability.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

PropFit offers a Free tier (up to 3 rooms) and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency, Empire) for expanded limits:

  • All in-app purchases and recurring subscriptions on Android are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
  • Pricing and billing cycles are disclosed prior to purchase. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account.
  • Tier upgrades take effect immediately upon Google Play purchase verification.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Satyox expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime guarantees, data loss prevention, or error-free software execution.

7. Strict Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Satyox or its proprietor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of rent, lost profits, or business interruption.

In all circumstances, Satyox's maximum aggregate financial liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to Satyox in the three (3) months preceding the incident, or (b) INR 1,000.

8. Governing Law, Exclusive Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India for any and all legal disputes. You hereby waive any objection to such venue or forum.
